Indeed, the new store is a faster, easier, and more secure way to purchase SBCA products. Products are now prominently displayed with large images and clear pricing, separated into just a few categories. CFS steel products are separated from wood products, and Canadian products also have their own section.
“It’s just so simple and straightforward to find what you’re looking for and buy it,” says Keith. “The old catalogue was difficult to navigate and full of so many confirmation steps that added a lot of complexity to a simple order.”
Just add the items you want to purchase to your “cart” and check out when you’re ready. Member and non-member pricing is applied, so members will need to log in using the email address SBCA has on file to receive their discount. Best of all, every major credit card is accepted at the point of purchase.
The new platform provides an improved experience with checkout and payment options that are compliant with the payment credit industry’s (PCI) latest standards for maintaining a secure credit information environment. This means all payments are hassle-free and worry-free.
Like other online ordering systems, a confirmation email is generated once an order is complete. Upon shipment, a separate email is sent that provides tracking information so you know exactly when your order will arrive.
