Yet most production builders still rely primarily on traditional stick framing, using offsite components only selectively. Sean and Alex explore how a large production builder analyzed the economics, operational tradeoffs, and vendor partnerships that determine where offsite framing can truly improve cycle time, labor coordination, and project performance.
