SBCA is pleased to announce the dates for its first event for the newest education series, SBCA Component Craft.
SBCA Component Craft is a new regional symposium series designed to bridge the gap between those who design, build, and regulate the components and structures this industry relies on every day.
SBCA Component Craft brings together architects, engineers, code officials, and designers to explore roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels through technical education, practical application, and meaningful dialogue. Whether it’s understanding how components are made, how they add value, or how they should be inspected and specified, this event is about building confidence and clarity in structural building components – one conversation at a time.
SBCA is kicking things off in Austin, TX, February 24-25, 2026, at a The Brewtorium Brewery & Kitchen, where good conversation and industry insight will go hand in hand.
We are asking you, our component manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals to invite your building designers, inspectors, architects, engineers, and code officials to take part in this collaborative learning event.
