Jason Ward

Jason Ward is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in the component and volumetric manufacturing sectors. A former US Marine and strategic organizational leader, Jason excels in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies through expert risk management, human resources (HR), Six Sigma, Project Management, and Environmental Health Safety & Security (EHS&S) practices.

Starting in the Department of Defense and moving to the bio-pharmaceutical industry, he eventually transitioned into component manufacturing where he managed regulatory compliance and safety improvements, along with comprehensive operational support. Jason rapidly advanced to executive leadership roles within his company and the broader building component manufacturing industry, serving on the board of the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA), and as a committee chairman.

Jason holds an MBA and BS in Business Management, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He is also a certified Project Manager and National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP) Safety Manager. Known for his visionary leadership and capacity to cultivate high-performing teams, Jason continues to influence the manufacturing sector, championing innovation and guiding strategic advancements that enhance industry standards and profitability.
