Mike Ruede, Sr., was SBCA’s President for two terms, in 2002 and again from 2020-2021. In addition to President and now Past-President, Mike has also held the roles of Secretary and Treasurer of SBCA, sitting on the SBCA Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Additionally, he has held seats on multiple Committees throughout his tenure at SBCA.
Prior to joining 4Ward, Ruede served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for A-1 Industries, where he first began his career after leaving the United States Navy. In the years between his initial and final posts at A-1 Industries, he held positions of management and senior leadership at SBCA, Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, Woodinville Lumber, and California Truss.
