Attributes of a Visionary Safety Leader

Tuesday, February 4 2020 1:00pm (America/Chicago)

As business leaders, we are constantly sending clear direction to our employees and colleagues. When it comes to workplace safety, people watch our actions as much as they hear our words, if not more. We need to make sure our actions match our words and values as much as possible to create an injury-free safety culture. In this webinar, we’ll talk about those actions and the attributes that make safety more than just words, including personal belief development and maturation, habits of visionary safety leaders, how to engage your employees in safety, organizational change approaches, and servant leadership.

The keynote speaker at the BCMC 2019 Safety Summit, Joe Wheatley helped establish EnPro Learning System (ELS) and leads the management consulting group.
