BeLit Appoints Chief Operating Officer

Andy brings a world-class leadership background spanning Michelin, Frito-Lay, and the U.S. Navy, including serving as CEO of Michelin Connected Fleet North America, where he led large, complex organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. His experience across operations, sales, general management, and team leadership makes him uniquely positioned to support BeLit’s next phase of expansion.

Founded and led by CEO Barry Dixon, BeLit — along with its family of companies including True House, Apex Technology, and True Design Studios — has grown rapidly by building high-performing businesses focused on design excellence, operational discipline, and people-first leadership. Barry’s strategic vision has been the driving force behind the creation and success of BeLit’s platform, and Andy’s appointment reflects a deliberate investment in execution, scalability, and long-term growth.
