Kodiak Building Partners has announced the acquisition of Sunrise Builders Supply. The company, led by President Charles Thomas, has a location each in Mississippi and Tennessee.
Sunrise Builders Supply was founded in Horn Lake, Mississippi in 1996 to provide high-quality building supplies to builders, contractors, and DIY homeowners in northern Mississippi and southern Tennessee. Since its founding, Sunrise has expanded its reach by adding a second location in 2019 in Arlington, Tennessee, and now supplies lumber, engineered wood, trusses, hardware, tools, paint, and more to both area communities.
With a staff totaling over 100 combined years of experience, Sunrise Builders Supply offers support for any size building project and prioritizes its customer service, quality products, and building long-term relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
The lumber and building materials sector has been an important growth market for Kodiak, the company announced, and this acquisition brings its total owned-and-operated footprint to over 100 locations in 25 states.
