Kuiken Brothers Acquires Paramus Building Supply

N.J.-based Kuiken Brothers Company has acquired Paramus Building Supply, a move that the company says will expand its market reach across northern New Jersey and the greater tri-state area. The deal includes locations in Paramus and in Bergenfield, N.J.

Kuiken says the addition of the Paramus and Bergenfield locations creates greater capacity across its existing network – including coastal markets – as well as into the Hudson Valley.
