The 2021 Framer’s Summit, hosted by the National Framers Council (NFC) at the CHI Health Center convention center in Omaha, Nebraska, on October 4-5, is the best opportunity the framing industry has had in two years to network, discuss framing best practices, hear from industry expert on some of the latest developments impacting the construction industry, and interact with some of the industry’s biggest suppliers.

At this year’s summit, attendees will have an opportunity to hear from a panel of lumber industry veterans and mills on how to successfully navigate a material supply chain that is increasingly volatile in nature.  Another panel will explore trends in off-site construction and the use of mass timber in today’s building designs.  Attendees will also hear an economic forecast focused on the impact material disruption and labor constraints will have on the housing market in 2022, as well as get free legal guidance on common contract provisions from NFC’s legal counsel.

There will also be two round-table discussions hosted by NFC that will explore the top pain points framers have with component manufacturers, and vice versa, to begin having a dialogue on how to address these issues that are affecting margins and negatively impacting construction schedules.

Finally, new to the Framer’s Summit, there will be table-top exhibits by several key suppliers to the framing industry who will share their latest solutions to help you improve your operations and make your jobsites safer and/or more efficient.

Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity to gather with your fellow framers, build relationships and gain new perspectives.  Space is limited, so be sure to register today to ensure you have a seat in the room!
