SBCA is excited to welcome Amanda Neuts as its new Associate Director. In this newly created leadership role, Amanda will oversee SBCA’s marketing, communications, education, events, and business development initiatives, while helping shape the organization’s strategic direction and member engagement efforts.

She has built high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and guided enterprise programs aligned with strategic priorities. Her background in marketing, operations, business, and client services focused on stakeholder management and engagement – skills that align perfectly with SBCA’s mission to strengthen and advance the component manufacturing industry and add value for its members.
“I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the continued shaping and amplification of SBCA’s industry impact,” Amanda shares. “I look forward to bringing a cross-functional and growth mindset lens to SBCA’s ambitious goals and contributing meaningful impact both within SBCA and to efforts that reach across the component industry.”
Amanda is passionate about developing people and cultivating a culture of learning. She believes that developing others in contributing to individual and team growth while fostering divergent thinking and a learning mindset drives organizational success. She also emphasizes the importance of collaboration, positivity, and a sense of humor in achieving impactful outcomes.
Her goals for this role reflect that focus. She aims to help strengthen and grow SBCA’s member value proposition, streamline collaboration across teams, and continue positioning SBCA as the go-to voice and resource for the structural building components industry.
“Amanda’s leadership and strategic mindset make her a great addition to our team,” says Jess Lohse, SBCA Executive Director. “She has a clear vision for how to strengthen SBCA’s impact, and her appreciation for our member-driven mission fits perfectly with the culture we continue to build.”
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University, a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
