ABC Supply Co., Inc. announced that CEO Keith Rozolis plans to retire effective Dec. 31, 2026. As part of the company’s leadership succession plan, President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Jost has been appointed CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027.
Rozolis joined ABC Supply in 1999, helping establish the company’s first strategic marketing department and ushering in a period of significant growth and transformation. During his tenure as CEO, beginning in 2014, the company has strengthened its market position, more than doubled its location count and expanded its footprint across North America, according to the company. He also guided the business through major acquisitions, the expansion of new business verticals and strategic investments in technology, operations and customer service.

“Leading ABC Supply has been the greatest privilege of my career,” said Rozolis. “I am extremely proud and humbled by all we have accomplished together. The company is in great hands with Mike, and I couldn’t be more confident about what’s ahead for ABC Supply.”
