IRVING, TX | August 3, 2026 -- Builders FirstSource has acquired Innovative Construction Group (ICG) from PulteGroup, Inc. 
Founded in 2009 by Ryan Melin and Andy Melin, ICG is a leading off-site solutions provider focused on single and multi-family wood framed construction. With plants in Green Cove Springs, FL, and Florence, SC, ICG also installs every component they manufacture with highly trained crews committed to safety and quality.
