Gold Beach Lumber is announcing plans to purchase the business assets and real estate of Dazey’s Hubbards in Medford, Oregon.

Both sides are working toward closing the transaction by the end of 2025, which would be Gold Beach Lumber’s third acquisition this year and bring the company to 10 locations across Oregon.
Gold Beach Lumber says the expansion will strengthen its footprint in southern Oregon, and that both companies will continue normal operations until the sale is completed in December.
“We appreciate the chance to enter the Medford market,” said Ryan Ringer, President of Gold Beach Lumber. “The Hubbards location is a strong store with a solid team. We look forward to adding inventory right away and giving customers a broader range of products and support.”
Darren Tomasini, President of Dazey’s, said, “We want to thank the Rogue Valley community for its support over the years. We are glad to be working with a company like Gold Beach Lumber with such a long and steady track record in Oregon.”
Gold Beach Lumber is a family-owned hardware and lumber company founded in 1955 on the Oregon coast. Gold Beach Lumber now operates under several brands, including Gold Beach Lumber, Cascade Home Center, and Hennick’s Home Center.
