Five Innovation Grant Recipients showcased their ideas on BCMC’s Innovation Alley, highlighting the creativity and forward-thinking that define this industry.

After two days on the show floor and attendees learning more about these innovations, attendees had the opportunity to vote for the People’s Choice Innovator for 2025. The 2025 People’s Choice Innovator for the SBCA Innovation Grant is Alpine, an ITW Company, with their Plan Comparison Tool.

Alpine’s Plan Comparison Tool is a new AI-powered tool that analyzes two PDF versions of architectural plans, highlighting text and image differences—saving designers and estimators time while enhancing accuracy. Annotiq — Smart Glasses
AnnotiQ’s Smart Glasses are an innovative technology designed to streamline the work of component estimators and designers by accelerating the bidding and production phases of construction projects.
