New Jersey-based Kuiken Brothers announced the company has completed its acquisition of Paramus Building Supply, first announced in August.
The company shared the news via social media:

We are pleased to formally announce that Kuiken Brothers Company, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Paramus Building Supply, including its two locations in Paramus and Bergenfield, N.J., effective Oct. 2, 2026.
This milestone expands our presence to 11 locations throughout New Jersey and New York, further strengthening our position as a leading independent supplier of residential and commercial building materials in the region.
More than simply adding locations, this acquisition represents a continued investment in the people, infrastructure and capabilities that have defined our business since 1912.
With approximately 330 building material professionals, expanded inventory resources, increased distribution capacity and enhanced delivery capabilities, we are well-positioned to support the evolving needs of our customers and industry partners.
We are especially proud to welcome 25 experienced Paramus Building Supply associates to the Kuiken Brothers family, building upon the relationships and reputation established by the Behnke family over 75 years.
