JACKSONVILLE, FL — August 17, 2026 — Quick Tie Products, Inc. announced the appointment of Maged 
Diab as President & Chief Executive Officer. Harvel Crumley, the founder of the company will stay on as Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Diab has nearly 40 years of experience in the building products industry. Most recently, he served as Operating Partner at Building Industry Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to investments across the building sector. Previously, Mr. Diab spent over 28 years at MiTek Industries, Inc. serving in several roles, including Chief Engineer, President & CEO of Hardy Frames, President of MiTek Builder Products, and finally President of MiTek USA.
"Having known Maged personally for nearly 25 years, I have had the privilege of watching him consistently excel throughout his career," said Harvel Crumley, Chairman of the Board.
