Registration is open and free for the Open Quarterly Meeting (OQM) in Napa Valley, CA, December 9–11, 2025. This event will bring component manufacturers, suppliers, framers, and industry leaders together for three days of updates, education, committee meetings, and networking, all set against the beautiful backdrop of wine country.

Event Highlights
The meeting kicks off Tuesday afternoon with OQM updates, followed by an optional group dinner and guided wine pairing experience. This evening event is designed to connect members over exceptional cuisine and conversation. Wednesday features a full day of programming, including committee meetings, education, and a lively happy hour with wine tasting stations. The event concludes Thursday morning with the SBCA Board of Directors meeting.

We’re auctioning off a reservation for four at The French Laundry, a three-star Michelin restaurant and one of the world’s best dining experiences, during the Napa OQM. Known for its impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and the culinary vision of Chef Thomas Keller, dining here is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Proceeds will benefit the SBCA Foundation, and bidding will open online later this week and run through Tuesday, December 9. Watch for more details on how to participate in the auction!
