SBCA Announces Interim Co-Executive Directors

BILLINGS, MT – February 3, 2026 – The Structural Building Components Association (SBCA) and its Executive Committee have appointed Molly Butz and Greg Greenlee to serve as Interim Co-Executive Directors effective January 19, 2026.

Molly Butz has served SBCA for more than 20 years and has been Managing Director for the past five years. With deep institutional knowledge and experience across multiple roles within the association, she develops and executes strategies that support both short- and long-term organizational goals, oversees association operations and day-to-day activities, and provides leadership across programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities. Molly plays a key role in translating member needs into actionable initiatives, services, and programs that support connection, collaboration, and long-term industry growth, while ensuring alignment with SBCA’s policies and strategic direction.

Greg Greenlee, P.E., has been with SBCA for two years as Technical Director. He oversees technical operations and issues, develops, and implements technical plans, reports, and association policies, and serves as liaison with other organizations related to codes, standards, and industry matters. Greg brings more than 30 years of industry experience, providing SBCA members with practical, technically grounded leadership. As a licensed professional engineer, he supports the association’s technical credibility and helps advance solutions that address both current and emerging challenges facing the structural building components industry.

SBCA continues to operate as usual, remaining focused on serving its members and supporting the structural building components industry.
