Stark Truss Company Announces Promotion of Todd Pallotta to President

It is with great pleasure that Stark Truss Company, Inc. announces the promotion of Todd Pallotta to President, effective May 28, 2026.

Todd began his career with Stark Truss in October 1989 as a participant in the company's inaugural Management Trainee Program, where he started in the shop building trusses. In 1990, he advanced to the role of Production Foreman at the New Philadelphia facility, and one year later was promoted to Plant Manager, leading the reopening of the company's Champion, Ohio location.

In 1993, Todd was promoted to General Manager, where he oversaw the development of Canfield Forest Products. During his tenure, he played a key role in launching several new manufacturing facilities and establishing the company's Engineered Wood Products (EWP) product line. In 2000, he focused his leadership efforts on developing Stark Truss's Commercial and Multi-Family Division.

Over the past 16 years as Vice President of Operations, Todd has been instrumental in advancing the company's strategic vision and driving operational excellence across multiple areas of the business. His remarkable career progression reflects both his dedication and the growth opportunities Stark Truss strives to provide for every team member.

Todd's extensive industry expertise, unwavering commitment to excellence, and servant leadership approach make him exceptionally qualified to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth. As President, he will oversee the company's daily operations while helping execute long-term strategic initiatives. He will continue working closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen Stark Truss's market position, drive innovation, and support the continued success of its employees, customers, and business partners.

A 1989 graduate of DePauw University with a degree in Economics and Management, Todd has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership, professional development, and community service.

Todd and his wife, Allison, are proud parents of four children: Alexandria, Jake, Jaret, and Lauren. Family remains at the center of Todd's personal and professional values. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Todd is dedicated to giving back to the community through his extensive volunteer work coaching youth football, basketball, and baseball teams. His commitment to mentoring young athletes has helped instill teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills in countless youth throughout the region.
