Carl Allison has made it his life’s mission to help others. A passionate and dedicated manufacturing consultant with over fifteen years’ experience, Carl has been successful in effective component manufacturing, product sourcing and team management, working with multiple facilities. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Carl is a partner with 4Ward Labor and Design Services and manages his own company, Dynamic Capacity Group, alongside. Prior to this, Carl worked his way up to Area Manager of the component manufacturing division for 84 Lumber. Full P&L responsibility of all locations opening 4 new locations in the last 3 years.  Complete start up involvement; including procuring equipment and laying out facilities to accommodate the highest efficiencies and best practices.
