Robb Wilson, 3rd generation Wilson Lumber owner has been named CEO.

At the age of 12, Robb began working for his father and grandfather (founder, Clyde Wilson) in the family-owned lumberyard. Over the years, his understanding of every area of the company from Operations, Millwork, Engineered Wood, Sales, and Management, etc. has been centered around accomplishing Wilson Lumber’s mission statement, to build a successful company that upholds Christlike principles and inspires people to grow. Additionally, he serves as the company’s EOS Visionary. His strong leadership and vision for Wilson Lumber continue to be the backbone of the company.

John Marshall has been named President/COO.

John has been with Wilson Lumber since 2015 and has helped guide the company to recordbreaking profits in the company’s 74-year history. A Texas native, his 40-year career has spanned a variety of companies in over 17 industries across the globe. In 2018, John successfully introduced the organization to EOS and serves as the company’s EOS Integrator. Under John’s leadership, the company has experienced significant expansion and growth, adding additional facilities for truss and millwork production, and tripling its commercial sales division capabilities.

Josh Hendrickson has been named VP of Sales & Marketing.

Josh’s 17 years of expertise at Wilson Lumber spans building materials, residential construction, commercial construction, and engineered wood products like trusses. His passion and talent for selling and helping customers through challenges have successfully led the sales department through its best years yet. “My goal is to make my salespeople more effective at their job by teaching them to make better decisions for themselves and providing better solutions to their customers,” he said. He is also a board member of SBCA - Structural Building Components Association.

Lee Smith has been named VP of Operations.

Lee’s first job at Wilson Lumber Company was cutting grass at the age of 13. He has since worked in many areas of the company throughout his tenure including the EWP/Truss Department. There he helped build the foundation for an operation that has now expanded into multiple states and services jobs all over the Southeast. Lee’s goal is to help his leaders make smart and efficient decisions when faced with financial, staffing, or operational challenges. Under his leadership, the Operations team has experienced tremendous growth and record efficiencies.

Jerry Pilman has been named VP of Procurement and Continuous Improvement.

Jerry has been with Wilson Lumber since 2017, during which time his top priorities have been process improvement in all facets of the company, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring a positive impact on customers by having the products needed in stock at a
competitive price. As a self-defined “problem solver,” the successes of his leadership include Lean Manufacturing implementation throughout the company in addition to establishing more efficient and accurate supply and operation chains. Jerry also serves as the EOS Implementer
for the company.

Russ Wilson, 3rd generation Wilson Lumber owner has been named Director of Business Development.

Having grown up around the lumberyard under the guidance of his father and grandfather (founder, Clyde Wilson), Russ has seen many changes since his first day. However, his passion for connecting the core values of the company to current and future customers and vendors
has remained strong. Russ is very active in the home-building community, engaging with customers and builders regularly. He serves on various boards and committees with the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Alabama as well
