SBCA Virtual Roundtable: Labor Metrics & Measurement

During these virtual roundtables, participants will share how they are measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of your production labor versus expectation. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how peers across the country are collecting an utilizing production data to improve their operations.

The roundtables are open to everyone, with registration open until an hour before it starts. The number of participants will determine how many virtual roundtables will be hosted simultaneously, and each virtual roundtable will have its own pre-assigned moderator.
