Forge & Build Acquires Michigan White Creek Lumber & Hardware

White Creek Lumber & Hardware has officially joined Forge & Build, a division of EquipmentShare.
The acquisition of White Creek, a one-location dealer in Cedar Springs, Mich., is the sixth lumber company added by Forge & Build in Michigan. The company now has over 25 locations throughout the Midwest and South.
Rob Anderson, CEO of Equity Group of Michigan (which coordinated the transaction), said: "Joining Forge & Build allows White Creek Lumber & Hardware to build on their legacy in Cedar Springs while providing customers with greater resources, expanded inventory, and the support of a national network.
