The Structural Building Components Association (SBCA) is excited to announce the creation of a new leadership position: Associate Director. This key role will help guide the next chapter of SBCA’s growth by overseeing strategic initiatives across marketing, communications, education, events, and industry development.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Associate Director will be responsible for aligning the association’s outward-facing efforts with its long-term mission and vision. This includes managing internal teams, driving member engagement, strengthening industry partnerships, and advancing SBCA’s presence across and beyond the industry.
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience and a strong background in either the component and construction industries or association management. A strategic mindset, a passion for collaboration, and a drive to deliver value to members are all essential for success in this position.
