solutions for volume homebuilders, is pleased to announce the promotion of Parker Dixon to Vice President, effective February 2026. Representing the third-generation of leadership for this family-owned business, Parker previously served as Vice President of Sales.
Starting with BeLit, Inc. as a business development manager in 2020, Parker leveraged his field experience with national homebuilders to help strengthen True House’s materials division. During his tenure, he grew into a key leader within the organization and assumed the role of Vice President of Sales in July 2023, where he contributed directly to operational improvements and continued to strengthen customer relationships.
Parker’s promotion to Vice President reflects the increasingly integrated nature of the BeLit companies and its innovative design‑to‑manufacturing workflow. It also illustrates how the organization’s ongoing commitment to its core values of Passion, Integrity, Collaboration, and Ownership guide its mission of improving the homebuilding process through efficiency, quality, and innovation.
“Every phase of my career here has pushed me to learn quickly, collaborate deeply, and take real ownership of our mission,” said Parker. “Those experiences, along with the incredible support from my teammates, are what prepared me for this next step.”
“These leadership alignments reflect how we are strategically positioning our company for long-term strength and deeper service to our customers,” said Barry Dixon, BeLit, Inc.’s CEO and President of True House. “Parker’s industry knowledge, work ethic, and genuine passion for seeing our customers succeed make him uniquely suited to lead this next chapter.”
In his new role, Parker will oversee company-wide operations including organizational alignment, P&L performance, cost control, and strategic planning. These responsibilities build on the business education and mentorship Dixon has received through executive development programs and hands‑on leadership training.
“I am incredibly proud of Parker for stepping into this leadership role. Having once served in this position myself, I understand both the responsibility and the opportunity it carries,” Barry continued. “He has grown into a thoughtful, strategic leader who cares deeply about our customers and is committed to being the solution for the homebuilding industry.”
“I’m excited for the opportunity to help lead True House into its next chapter,” Parker added. “Our team fully embodies our core values, and we’re in a special position to innovate, optimize every part of our process, and continue to strengthen services to builders. I look forward to driving strategies that create new opportunities for our company and our customers to succeed.”
As the new year unfolds, Parker said he is also looking forward to involvement with the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA), where he serves on the marketing committee, and a renewed dedication to the advancement of the components industry as a whole.
“Seeing a third-generation Dixon thrive is meaningful,” Barry concluded, “but what gives me the greatest confidence is knowing True House is in capable, focused, and forward-looking hands.”
