How It Works

• Deposit: Pay your deposit through SBCA Member Compass to secure your booth.
• Booth Selection: Commit to your current booth size or larger (Downsizing is not eligible under this offer).
• Registration: Complete your registration once your window opens (i.e. loyal exhibitor, early bird). Your deposit will be applied to the invoice for your booth.
• Deadline: Registration will be open onsite at BCMC 2025 and through the registration below. Registration will close Friday, October 10, 2025.
